It’s time to serve up my Surf and Ramen recipe and this dish is simply splendid, simple, and tasty.
Many people are trying to healthy and keep the wallet in check, and this recipe will fulfill both of those needs.
Menu Items for Surf and Ramen:
1 lb jumbo shrimp
2 bags of either Lime Chili Shrimp flavored ramen noodles
3 cloves of Garlic
1 lime
2 tablespoons of sugar
A dash of Paprika
Garlic sea salt
Cracked peppercorns
Parsley (For topping)
Cast iron skillet
2 qt sauce pan

Make sure shrimp is thawed and cleaned properly. Pat with a paper towel to clean and dry shrimp.
In a hot skillet add a tablespoon of butter and splash some olive oil along with it. Add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and season with peppercorn (Or black pepper) along with the paprika and juice from a half lime.
In a 2 quart saucepan filled halfway with water and add a pat of butter, add the ramen noodles and cook for 4 minutes. When done, drain the noodles and add a tablespoon of butter and the 2 lime chili shrimp seasoning packets to the ramen and stir together.
Put Ramen on a plate and take the components of the cast iron pan and pour over the ramen noodles. Top with parsley and it’s time to eat!
Simple, quick, and full of flavor with just a few items. You’ll be eating in less than 5 minutes!
