Deciding which veggies to make your Ramen Prima Vegan recipe is totally up to you.
Depending on the time of the year, different vegetables become available and they are always fresher in season. Of course, you can always get your onions and garlic but summer squash is best during…? You got it, it’s when the summer comes but you can certainly still find plenty of types of squash to use. Whether you like tomatoes or broccoli, snow peas or spinach it all works well.
Tomatoes are always tougher to find perfect, in my opinion, but you can certainly variate to suit your needs.
Regardless, ramen prima vegan is all about the veggies of your choice and how you like to prepare them. I have found about 75 versions of primavera pasta recipes as well.
Basically, ramen noodles can replace the heaviness of pasta to keep a meal light and easy.
So, I am going to keep this one simple and let you do the veggie work. Out of all 5 of my ramen noodle posts here at the pub, this prima vegan recipe uses ingredients that are all up to you!
All I suggest is how to use the ramen noodles and let you do the rest.
Making the Ramen Noodles:
So, when you make your ramen noodles you don’t even need to worry about which flavor seasoning you buy. Why? Well, it’s because you won’t even be using the seasoning packets so you can use any ramen flavor out there.
When making your ramen, cook 2 packets of noodles in a 2-quart saucepan and fill the pot halfway with water. Add a pat of butter and a dash of paprika to the water and let noodles, bring to a boil and let them cook for 4 minutes. Trust me when I say 4 minutes because most sites tell you to cook them for 3 minutes. No! To get al dente ramen noodles, let them cook through for 4 minutes in boiling water.
Drain the noodles with a colander/strainer and put them in a bowl. Add another pat of butter and maybe even some coconut or soy milk, just a dash! Stir and then add your veggies to the finished ramen noodles. You do not even need the seasoning packets so just toss them or save them for something else.
It is so damn simple and obviously, this could be a 5-minute affair to go from nothing to enjoying food on the table! Being vegan does not mean you need to stop eating! People are so misled by what being vegan means. Healthy foods and having them done the way you like them? Superb, and no one should shy away from admitting they are vegan!
So there you have it. Your choice of veggies and then add the ramen noodles! Enjoy and Mangia!
